Tata Harrier is the latest SUV based on omega platform which is based on JLR (Jaguar Land Rover). The photos of Harrier were reveled recently and the car look stunning. The car looks similar to the H5X Concept which was showcased in 2018 Auto Expo.
New Headlamp Assembly: The front portion of of the car looks stunning with all new front headlamps which are placed in the bumper area with fog lights placed right below it in a black panel.
Daytime Running Lights (DRL): Stylish Led daytime running light strip is placed on top below the bonnet. One end of the DRL will connect to grill and other end towards the side panel.
Grill: Top Mesh grill placed in front has integrated LED DRL strips which looks amazing. The grill houses TATA logo at center. Front grill reminds us of Range Rover Discovery. There is another grill placed at bottom which is integrated with faux silver-finished skid plate.
Roof: The car has floating roof design which looks similar to the concept. Silver trim runs all the way through the floating roof.
Mirror: The car comes with OVRM with body coloured cover with black cladding in bottom portion.
Side Skirting Area: Black cladding runs throughout the car which makes the car looks awesome.
Wheel arches: The car comes with flattened wheel arches with black skirts which gives the car a redefining off reading look.
Unlike few other cars Tata’s have not forgotten rear of their car, Tata motors have done a tremendous job in designing the rear portion of the car. The car comes with beautiful LED tail lights which extends to the dickey and runs along through a black applique across the tailgate at the shoulder height. The car comes with shaped skid gates with silver cladding at the edges. The rear spoiler gives the car a sporty look while the cladding gives the car a off roading look.
Overall the car looks stunning and Tata Motors have done a fabulous job with Harrier which will take on likes of Creta 1.6 and Jeep Compass. With launch by Jan 2019, it will be interesting to watch how the car performs.
